I just can't understand why on earth there's this kind of leader? Want to be leader and it undeniable that he has the quality but that is not the only criteria. I would say being responsible is indeed a more important criteria. Be responsible in things you do, performing your duty accordingly and please most importantly being a someone that can control yourself verbally. Some of the words just being too silly to come out from a mouth of a leader which already reach the age of maturity. Sometimes it is really a very challenging thing to work with someone like that. What I can do now is to be patient and hopefully he can have greater learning from this coming task.. God bless everyone...
